Orders by telephone

We will also happily take orders by telephone. Our collectors service from Monday till Friday from 8am till 5:30pm is available for questions concerning your order or our service offers. Please have your customer number ready (if available) for questions concerning orders.

Orders by post, fax or e-mail

You can place orders by post, fax or e-mail. Orders can be placed with or without the appropriate order form. For an order we always need:

•  Your address and/or delivery address (customer number if available)
•  Your telephone number (for questions)
•  Your e-mail address
•  the article number and description or the year and serial number
•  the specifications (mint condition, stamped etc.)
• the amount
